- Call recordings and transcriptions

We share caller information with the restoration company whose phone number you called. This is the core function of our service — routing emergency job data to the company dispatching the crew to your property.

- Deepgram — speech-to-text transcription
- ElevenLabs — text-to-speech voice synthesis
- Groq — language model processing
- Telnyx — telephony and phone number provisioning
- Twilio — SMS dispatch alerts
- Make.com — workflow automation
- Airtable — dispatch dashboard
These providers process data on our behalf to deliver our service. We do not sell personal information to third parties. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
Call recordings and transcriptions are retained for as long as required by the restoration company's business needs and applicable law. Website contact form submissions are retained until the inquiry is resolved or the data is no longer needed.
