We built "Alex" — a voice AI dispatcher that picks up in under two seconds, runs a full FNOL intake protocol (loss type, address, insurance carrier, gate codes, water shutoff status), and fires a dispatch alert with the complete job file. In English and Spanish.

The system is purpose-built for restoration. It knows the difference between a renter who can't authorize work and a homeowner with an active flood. It blocks solicitors. It guides callers to their water shutoff. It captures every detail your tech needs to arrive ready to work.

We're based in San Diego, California. We're currently deploying with restoration companies in the San Diego metro area and expanding from there.
